Eskaya Beach Resort And Spa in Panglao was a truly amazing experience for me. The best aspects were the friendly and attentive staff, who made sure I had everything I needed. The private and public swimming pools were both great, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. Moreover, the location of the hotel, right down the beach and near the coral reef that I could easily explore using paddle boards, was a perfect fit for my adventurous spirit. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were also top-notch.
In terms of negatives, there were no complaints at all. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The place is really clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, plus it's conveniently located within walking distance to Tarsier Boutique and only 500 feet from genesis divers.

Location-wise, this resort is perfect - it's close to Tagbilaran airport and situated right on the beach. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and offered welcome drinks as we made our way to the restaurant. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious dishes. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the stunning views of the sea.
Sadly, the food options were limited and overpriced, according to one reviewer.

The beach was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were always smiling and friendly, and willing to help us with any questions we had.
The food was overpriced and underwhelming. We also had some issues with the air conditioning, which didn't seem to be working properly.

The hotel is situated near some popular attractions and it's easy to get around. the rooms are tidy and comfortable. One thing I found the best was the variety of food offered at the restaurant, it is definitely a place for foodies.
The customer service wasn't good - staff seemed disinterested and didn't meet our basic need. Another concern is that the amenities are run-down and the facilities weren't sanitized properly.
